Spring has Sprung
Some water, some warmth and a little attention can do amazing things to a garden. The General Manager of Horticultural Affairs has been giving the place a bit of attention lately and it is paying off with luxuriant growth and colour.
Crossing the Rubicon
This time, the weekend camp was on the banks of the Rubicon River, a beautiful part of Victoria.
Whenever you go camping it is important to remember to bring your own Masterchef. Ours was immediately on the job.
with immediate mouthwatering results.
The timber collection had gone well so the fire kept us warm until late.
The sky at night is very different to that in the city
and the bush tracks provide access to some magnificent locations.

Cathy's Birthday
We had the belated celebration of Cathy's birthday last night. It is becoming evident that she and Brett will soon be the smaller members of the family!
The presents took on a subtle theme that only the most discerning would detect.
The full table was comprehensively cleaned up by the growing family.

Lisa's Birthday Bash at Bellarine
Lisa had a (preemptive) 40th birthday celebration over the weekend at Bellarine Holiday Park. It was a very family friendly park with plenty for all the children to do and room for the adults to have their celebration.
The promised savage weather did not eventuate and there was plenty to eat and drink.
So all the customers were happy!
