Lachlan's New Name

 Not hard to tell from the photos but Lachlan is a happy man today.  He has received his revised Birth Certificate to legally change his name to Lachlan Mark. It has been an agenda item for a while now.

Holly Turns Fourteen

 Holly has just had her birthday during lockdown.  While the extended family has been unable to see her and celebrate, at least we were able to contact her and celebrate remotely with the family.

The Birthday Boy

 Adam has had another birthday in isolation so the celebrations were contained. The king prawns and birthday cake by Sophie were his compensations.

A Man and His Machine

 Mitchell has always enjoyed the latest tech.  Now he has a few dollars in his back pocket he has gone for a more up market 3D printer.  He is currently taking orders from gamers!

 Mark has been trolling through his archives and come up with some gems.  Turns out that the obsession with hockey is long standing.

Empty Streets

 As the pandemic drags on, life in isolation gets less attractive by the minute.  It is sad to see the empty streets in the morning.

However there is some colour developing around the area as spring approaches.

Jack's Season Ends

 It has been a less than glorious season for all sports teams during the Covid lockdowns. At least Jack was able to get the team photo.

Lockdown Lakeside

 Being less than impressed with our sixth lockdown, we have been looking for options.  Today we decided to wander around Blackburn Lake.  It was quite the surprise package.  My last visit (many years ago) was to a rather smelly waterhole.  Suffice to say, there has been significant change.

Raising the Shield

 Adam and Kate have had their second Covid vaccine doses as has Lisa. Cathy and Mark are to have theirs soon.  So now we want the grandchildren to have the jab.
