No chance of the gardens drying out. Last weekend we had over 70mm and there has been more since. Looking out the back window it is beginning to look like a jungle.
Further evidence of the rainfall is the growth of a Begonia - another one that used to be in one of my mother's pots over 50 years ago. We put it in the garden and it has never looked so healthy. Pity the snails like it so much.
