Now Walls and Roof

 For a few days the weather looked promising at Goughs Bay so Mark was able to get up the wall panels.  He managed to find a local that was able to help so work has progressed much more rapidly.

The next phase involved adding parapets to all the walls to support (and hide) the roof.  Unfortunately this was when the weather turned nasty so it became a race to get panels and trusses in the air before the next downpour.

The rain meant water had to be continually removed to protect the wood paneling of the floor.

Finally the end parapets and panel bracing was put in place ready for the installation of the guttering,  insulation and iron of the roof.
