The Big Cleanup

The wet summer produced a burst of growth at Aireys. Some of the plants ended up long and leggy and were then blown over in the high winds so the time had come for a cleanup. Claire proved to be a demon with the choppers.

We managed to hire a high side trailer for the day and took an enormous amount of vegetation to the recycling centre.

The end result is that much of the original garden is now gone. The outlook from the house is now more open and we will have to plan future layout.
