We took time to have a look at Romsey on our way to the Gisbourne Peak Winery for lunch. Romsey is a quaint little town with a long and reasonably well preserved history such as this building from 1860.
Our very picturesque lunch venue was hidden away at the end of a long dirt road. Clearly many people knew about it because the car park was full.
At this stage we had a very limited capacity to take on more food so after a small shared pizza we headed home.
