Final Day

 We started our final day with a walk along Lake Burley Griffin (and a coffee)

Then to the National Arboretum for lunch.

We found they do serious gabion walls.  It is a huge area where they plant stands of a range of different types of trees.  It is relatively new so all trees are young, it should be stunning in 30 years time!

We had lunch in the spectacular main building that overlooks the whole valley.
