The Pinnacles & Jurien Bay

All bright eyed, we left Perth for the short drive to Yanchep but the Road Construction Crews saw it all differently. We crawled along the "freeway" for about 20 km so the one hour journey took about two and a half. We finally arrived had lunch and moved on to the Pinnacles which was one of my "must see" destinations. It lived up to expectations - it is a fascinating area.

Instead of our original destination we decided to stay at Jurien Bay, a little village on the west coast and the camp ground had a Jumping Pillow so the boys were happy for the rest of the afternoon.

The weather has finally cleared so we can now walk on the beach in the evening, watch the birds and see the sun set.
